Make a Difference with a Thoughtful Gift

1. Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will expire and cannot be redeemed.
2. Redemption: Gift vouchers can be redeemed for any service offered by Pristeam Carpet and Tile Cleaning. They cannot be used for the purchase of additional gift vouchers.
3. Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or part.
4. Partial Redemption: If the full value of the voucher is not redeemed in one transaction, the remaining balance will be forfeited. No change will be given.
5. Transferability: Gift vouchers are transferable and can be used by anyone in possession of the voucher code. The original purchaser or the current holder of the voucher must notify Pristeam of the transfer.

1. Booking: Services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
2. Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling of booked services must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the voucher.
3. Service Area: Gift vouchers can only be redeemed within our service areas. Please check our website or contact us to confirm if your location is covered.

1. Promotional Use: Gift vouchers purchased during special promotions or discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
2. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Pristeam is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Treat your voucher code as cash; lost voucher codes will not be replaced.
3. Misuse: Any attempt to defraud or misuse the gift voucher will result in the cancellation of the voucher without refund and may lead to further action.
4. Changes to Terms: Pristeam reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
